Schultheis Bros. is proud to be a founding member of the Trane Comfort Specialist program since 1998. All of our team members undergo annual training to keep up to date on all current product knowledge to provide the best service and experience to our customers.
Our showroom has the latest Heating & Cooling equipment by Trane, which allows you to visualize how the new equipment will look in your home.
Schultheis Bros. is part of the ELITE Diamond dealer program with Mitsubishi, the highest accreditation a contractor can have based upon customer service, training, and sales. As an ELITE diamond dealer, Schultheis Bros. team members must complete annual training to stay up to date on the newest products and technology available.
Our showroom has a state of the art Mitsubishi ductless display, customers can learn more about what makes Mitsubishi the #1 ductless brand and the color options available based on the equipment type. Mitsubishi is the perfect comfort solution for homes made without ductwork or for homeowners looking to improve the comfort level in a particular part of the home.
Schultheis Bros. fabricates all gutters onsite to ensure the perfect fit for your home, at our showroom you will be able to see the wide variety of gutter colors available in 5” or 6” styles, with over 15 color options our customers will be able to find the color that best compliments the exterior of their home.
Schultheis Bros. employees are experts in skylights, at our showroom you will be able to see our Velux skylight display. Our display is created to showcase how a skylight should be installed on your roof and the components necessary to ensure proper installation.
Schultheis Bros. roofing division is a Select ShingleMaster with CertainTeed, a top certification only earned by the completion of annual testing for our roofing team members. As a CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster we are trained to install multiple shingle types by CertainTeed.
Our Cranberry showroom features CertainTeed Landmark, Landmark Pro, NorthGate, Highland Slate, Belmont, and Presidential Shake shingles. Each shingle is curated to provide a specific look to the exterior of your home, our trained sales team will help you find the perfect match. Each shingle option is available in 10 different colors, all on display at our Cranberry showroom.
