Three Step Program

The Quality of Schultheis is reflected in our 3-Step Program valued at $300, which is free with the purchase of any 3-year service contract for your new heating or cooling comfort system.

The 3-Step Program includes:

1. Energy Audit - Using an infrared camera, we identify areas of energy loss, such as gaps in your home's insulation and drafty windows and doors. We want to provide customers with the knowledge they need to make their homes energy efficient and comfortable.
2. Indoor Air Quality Evaluation -  Schultheis will send our trained technicians to your home or business with a machine specfically designed to continually monitor and ensure temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, VOCs and airborne particles in one minute cycles.
   
   The machine will analyze trends and issues with your indoor air quality for 24 to 48 hours. An independent test agency will create a custom report from the data gathered and send the report to Schultheis. We will then meet with the customer to review the results. The information on the report enables our trained engineers and the home or business owner to evaluate and implement a plan to correct the issues found.
   
   
3. Air Flow Culture - Our technicians will take swabs from your duct work to determine what kind of molds or other contaminants might be growing there. Your comfort system will be designed to eliminate such problems in the future.

Once the 3-Step Program is completed, Schultheis will provide a Savings and Air Quality Plan that will outline how you can save money on your energy bills, as well as improve the air quality in your home.
