On February 19, 2011, I awaken to a very cold house. I went to the furnace to see the house temperature was 41 degrees! I called Schultheis at once. In a timely manner, the man came. After working in the furnace for almost 1 hour 45 minutes, I was informed it could not be fixed. Mr. John O'Brien was called and promptly arrived. We talked about a new furnace. He told me I would have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday for installation. I needed to go to a motel. On Monday, John called me and told me my furnace would be installed that day! The men came, and in a timely and neat manner, the furnace was in. The men sent were neat and worked fast. Thank you John, Vince and all the men who worked so hard for me. I did not have to stay for a long time in the motel.
