Company History

Richard J. Schultheis founded Schultheis in 1946. From eight original employees, we’ve grown to a staff of more than 80, including our team of 11 trained field engineers, 15 service technicians, 20 installation specialists and a fleet of more than 50 service vehicles. Despite this growth, we haven’t outgrown our founder’s vision of providing affordable home comfort systems and roofing backed up by our fully bonded and insured customer service team.

Schultheis began with one location on 4^th Street in Verona, Pa. We expanded 10 years later to our second location on Allegheny River Boulevard. Our current headquarters are located at 1001 Millers Lane in Plum, Pa.
